Chris Pfeiffer – Germany


Christian Pfeiffer born April 20, 1970 in Schongau, is a German stunt, trial and enduro rider. He is a four-time winner of the Erzberg Rodeo’s Red Bull Hare Scramble, four-time stunt riding champion, four-time stunt-riding European champion and was among others German Trial Cup winner and German Trial Junior Champion.

At the age of 10 years he already won his first trial race. In the following years, his father allowed him to participate in other trial competitions, which he successfully competed. So he could win about 300 trophies until 1990. In 1985 Christian became German Junior Champion and in 1988 German Champion in the B / C-License of the Trial Championship. After graduating from high school, he studied sports and biology in Munich. During his studies he ended his trial bike career and switched to freestyle riding. His feats did not go unnoticed and soon he sold himself and his show throughout Germany and financed his studies. A short time later, Christian received his first, big appearance as a show rider in the Olympiahalle Munich.
In the following years, Christian set the world record in the long jump over 33 people lying next to each other without a ramp. When he crashed in April 1999 as part of the Guinness Show of Records in an attempt to beat his own record due to a technical defect, he suffered several complicated fractures. After a few surgeries as well as several months of rehabilitation, he had recovered enough to once again participate in the ErzbergRodeo and also won this competition.
